  1. The Singles Day 2023 sale run through Moana Pasifika, who is referred to below as The Promoter.
  2. The Singles Day sale runs from 8am (NZST) 10/11/2023 to 11:59pm (NZST) 12/11/2023.
  3. A discount of 11% can be used on Moana Pasifika, using the code SINGLESDAY
  4. The code can only be used on https://shop.moanapasifika.co.nz/
  5. The discount will only apply when the code is entered at checkout
  6. The discount applies to sale items only
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the sale and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
  8. The Promoter is not responsible for any orders which are placed without entering the discount code correctly
  9. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the sale will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. By placing an order, the customer is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  11. The sale and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
